Position Summary
D2DInc is seeking a dedicated Project Manager to provide essential support to a government client. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service and teamwork while possessing the capability to operate independently.

Key Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the Project Manager include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting the government in strategic analysis, planning, and implementation of solutions while managing the scope and timeline of multiple concurrent development initiatives.
  • Overseeing all facets of project development and execution, including the identification, organization, and monitoring of project risks and schedules.
  • Identifying best business practices and recommending necessary modifications or developments of tools and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) in response to evolving requirements.
  • Reviewing, modifying, or creating project and program documentation (e.g., reports, plans, SOPs) to ensure the accuracy and relevance of the content.
  • Facilitating the establishment and management of technical milestones, resources, and both short-term and long-term plans, schedules, budgets, and costs.

Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline from an accredited institution.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
  • A minimum of ten (10) years of professional experience in program/project management.
  • Five (5) years of specialized experience in program/project management, including:
    • Proficiency in using and training others in Microsoft Project software.
    • Technical experience in Combat Systems (CS).
    • Experience in developing and maintaining large-scale strategic execution plans.
    • Expertise in creating and executing tools and trackers utilizing Microsoft applications.
    • Skills in developing meeting agendas, chairing meetings, and documenting minutes.
    • Experience in tracking action items and evaluating responses to ensure completion.
    • Ability to develop and monitor various dashboards related to daily execution and oversight of technical, business, and acquisition requirements at the departmental level.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to interact professionally and collaboratively with colleagues, demonstrating decorum and discretion.
  • Self-motivation, quick learning ability, and the capacity to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
  • U.S. Citizenship and an active Secret clearance.
