Key Responsibilities:- Supervise the day-to-day security operations of assigned client sites, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional customer service.
- Manage a team of security officers, site supervisors, and shift supervisors, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to drive performance and growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their security needs and delivering tailored solutions that meet their expectations.
- Coordinate necessary support services, including payroll, scheduling, and training, to ensure efficient operations and effective communication.
- Meet or exceed financial and operational goals, providing quality customer service and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Four-year degree in Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous contract security, facilities management, military, or law enforcement experience.
- At least two years of business management/operations/supervisory experience, depending on the size and scope of the client.
- Ability to develop and grow customer relationships, experience in hiring, developing, motivating, and retaining quality staff.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, ability to work in a team-oriented management environment with an entrepreneurial attitude.
- Medical, dental, vision, basic life, AD&D, and disability insurance.
- Enrollment in our company's 401(k) or Supplemental Income Plan, subject to eligibility requirements.
- Eight paid holidays annually, five sick days, and four personal days.
- Vacation time offered at an accrual rate of 3.08 hours biweekly.
