Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and treat clients with diverse communication challenges.
- Create individualized treatment plans, setting both short-term and long-term objectives to ensure client success.
- Document daily treatment activities and maintain accurate records, including progress reports and care plans.
- Collaborate with a range of stakeholders, including parents, educators, healthcare providers, and administrative staff, to share information and address concerns while adhering to established protocols.
- Regularly review and adjust client services as necessary, in accordance with facility policies and insurance requirements.
- Provide education to clients and their families, including home exercise programs when appropriate.
- Establish and maintain a supportive and positive rapport with clients, their families, and colleagues.
