Top Revenue Cycle Supervisor for Kaiser Permanente

Job Summary:
As a Top Revenue Cycle Supervisor for Kaiser Permanente, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of patient accounts, ensuring accurate billing and collections, and providing coaching and training to team members. This role requires strong leadership and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Recommends developmental opportunities for team members and builds collaborative relationships across departments.
• Monitors the execution and completion of tactical action items and work assignments, ensuring all policies and procedures are followed.
• Ensures team efforts are aligned with business objectives and measures progress in achieving results.
• Develops work plans to meet business priorities and deadlines, coordinating resources and removing obstacles that impact performance.
Key Performance Indicators:
• Accurate patient account management and billing.
• Timely and effective collections from patients and insurance companies.
• High level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service skills.
• Positive and productive team environment, with clear expectations and goals.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a lead or leadership role, with or without direct reports.
• Bachelor's degree in health care administration, business administration, or related field, or 3 years of experience in data analytics, merchant services, clinic/hospital operations, or relevant experience.
Salary Range:
$85,000 - $115,000 per year, based on location and experience.
