As a Physical Therapist with BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, from infants to geriatric patients, and make a meaningful difference in their lives.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Provide manual therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance, and other interventions to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and coordinate services.
  • Educate clients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities necessary for independent living.
  • Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations to ensure continuity of care.
Requirements:
  • Current PA Physical Therapist license.
  • Minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Physical Therapist.
  • Graduation from a program approved by the American Physical Therapy Association or the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Solid computer skills; prior experience with electronic medical records (EMR) preferred.
