Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Community Engagement:

- Collaborate with local educational institutions and community organizations to strengthen partnerships.
Steering Committee Leadership:
- Lead the formation and coordination of the Community Health Steering Committee, involving consumers, staff, and local residents.
- Facilitate meetings and working groups to gather and analyze data, focusing on health disparities.
- Guide the committee in establishing priorities and action plans aligned with community needs.
Data Management:
- Oversee data collection initiatives, including surveys and focus groups, to identify local health priorities.
- Assist the committee in analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to inform strategic decisions.
- Ensure a focus on racial equity indicators in all data-related activities.
Partnership Enhancement:
- Strengthen collaborations with partner organizations to coordinate CHIP activities effectively.
- Encourage partner agencies to join the steering committee for broader community engagement.
Training and Development:
- Provide training to community members on facilitation and data analysis.
