Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify individual needs and develop personalized care plans.
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, changing dressings, and monitoring vital signs.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including progress notes and treatment plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing with a minimum of an Associate Degree in Nursing.
- Current RN license in the state of employment or compact.
- At least six months to one year of experience as a licensed RN or holder of an active GN permit.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- BLS Certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
