Job Summary:

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist to provide full-time services for K-12 students in a school setting. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in speech therapy and be licensed to practice in the state of Ohio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full-time speech therapy services to K-12 students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each student
  • Collaborate with teachers and other school staff to ensure seamless integration of speech therapy services into the educational setting
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify areas of strength and weakness in student communication skills
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve student communication skills, including articulation, language, and fluency

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in speech therapy
  • Active or pending state SLP license
  • ASHA certification a plus
  • Previous school experience preferred, but not required
