Job Title: Speech Language Pathologist

Creative Speech Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing evaluations and direct therapy to children with a wide range of diagnoses and developmental levels.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree from an accredited speech therapy program, NJ State License, Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), NJ School Certificate (SLS), and Criminal History Review (CHR). A minimum of two years of experience in pediatric private practice and/or school setting is required. The ability to work a flexible schedule during the day and some evenings is also necessary.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide evaluations and direct therapy to children with a wide range of diagnoses and developmental levels
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each child
  • Collaborate with other professionals, including teachers, parents, and other therapists, to ensure comprehensive care
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of treatment progress
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices and research

Requirements:

  • Master's degree from an accredited speech therapy program
  • NJ State License, Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), NJ School Certificate (SLS), and Criminal History Review (CHR)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification or continuing education in PROMPT, SOS Feeding, fluency, and literacy
