AutoFair Hyundai is seeking a skilled Title Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our automotive team, you will be responsible for creating and processing documents related to vehicle transactions with the Department of Motor Vehicles.
Key Responsibilities- Create and verify documents related to vehicle transactions
- Obtain dealer titles and post vehicles to inventory
- Process titles, generate reports, and assist with sorting of finalized paperwork
- Ensure all customers have a positive impression of the dealership
- Previous experience or training in motor vehicle and/or billing is a plus
- Ability to perform job responsibilities and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Highly motivated, self-starter with a professional demeanor and appearance
