Job Overview

AutoFair Hyundai is seeking a skilled Title Clerk to join our team. As a key member of our automotive team, you will be responsible for creating and processing documents related to vehicle transactions with the Department of Motor Vehicles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and verify documents related to vehicle transactions
  • Obtain dealer titles and post vehicles to inventory
  • Process titles, generate reports, and assist with sorting of finalized paperwork
  • Ensure all customers have a positive impression of the dealership
Requirements
  • Previous experience or training in motor vehicle and/or billing is a plus
  • Ability to perform job responsibilities and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with a professional demeanor and appearance
