We are seeking an experienced Cook Chef to join our dedicated kitchen staff. This is a full-time position with a competitive estimated salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of meals in our professional kitchen. They will be responsible for planning food production to coordinate with meal serving hours and ensuring that all served food meets high standards of quality and presentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Food Preparation: Prepare all served food, including menu items, specials, and buffets.
  • Menu Planning: Plan food production to coordinate with meal serving hours and ensure that menus are rotated seasonally.
  • Sanitation and Safety: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all sanitation and food production codes.
  • Kitchen Equipment: Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, stoves, dishwashers, and refrigerators.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in cooking, culinary arts, or other related fields.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation.
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to work well in teams, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
