Dish Attendant

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Dish Attendant to join our team at Rock Ridge Country Club Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring the efficient operation of the dish machine and other equipment, and contributing to the overall success of our restaurant.

This is a full-time position working from Wednesday to Sunday, with additional hours/days available for special events. Prior experience in a similar role or in the food service industry is highly valued, but not essential. As a team player, you will work closely with our chef and other staff members to achieve our goals.

Responsibilities:

• Operate the dish machine and other kitchen equipment efficiently and effectively
• Clean and sanitize dishes, pots, and pans, as well as store cooking and service items
• Participate in deep cleaning tasks, such as cleaning kitchen equipment and storage areas, under the direction of the chef
• Remove trash and recyclables from the kitchen area
• Sweep and mop floors at the end of each service
• Aid in occasional food preparation tasks, when necessary
