Salary
The estimated salary for this position is $135,000 - $155,000 per year, negotiable for the right candidate. Additionally, a bonus potential, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, STD, LTD, 401k with company match, car and cell phone allowances, travel expenses, relocation assistance, vacation, and holiday pay are offered.

Job Description
We are seeking a Business Development Manager to play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our ethnic market presence. Key responsibilities include developing strategic sales plans, managing key accounts, conducting regular visits to ethnic stores and specialty markets, representing us at industry events, trade shows, and conferences, and leveraging cultural insights in our customer base.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in visiting and engaging with ethnic grocery stores or markets, with a strong understanding of cultural nuances and community dynamics, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, willingness to travel weekly or daily, and bilingual or multilingual skills to facilitate communication with diverse store owners and customers are required.
