Key responsibilities include processing managed care plans, obtaining necessary document information from insurance companies, and maintaining a tidy and organized reception area. Additionally, they receive and sort daily mail and deliveries, manage office supplies, and handle multiple phone lines efficiently.

While prior experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Representative is preferred, it is not mandatory. We look for candidates with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
