- Customer Service: Direct customers to appropriate departments, provide information, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Additional Tasks: Perform various administrative tasks as needed, such as data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Experience: Minimum 1+ year(s) relevant clerical experience answering a multi-line phone system
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Availability: Must be available to work 4pm to 9pm 2 to 3 days per week, plus 1st shift some Saturdays and some Holidays
