Licensed Professional Counselor/Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor

We are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Professional Counselor/Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPC/LPCC) and Clinical Social Worker (LSW/LISW) to join our team at SUNLIGHT VILLAGE. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mental health assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic services.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for adult and adolescent clients.
- Provide individual, family, and group counseling services using evidence-based therapies and methodologies.
- Maintain accurate and thorough clinical records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality treatment and coordination of care.
- Strive to meet productivity requirements and submit progress notes within agency timelines.
Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered licensure in professional counseling (LPC) and social work (LSW/LISW) in the state of Ohio.
- Minimum of two years related experience required.
- Strong clinical skills, knowledge, and experience with a range of therapeutic approaches and modalities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal, and rapport-building skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage time in the best interest of clients and the agency.
