Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Professional to join our team at Wellness and Resilience Center, LLC. As a Licensed Professional Counselor/Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPC/LPCC) and Clinical Social Worker (LSW/LISW), you will be responsible for conducting mental health assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing supportive therapeutic services to clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct and document initial in-depth diagnostic assessments by interviewing clients, assessing medical, psychological, emotional, and social strengths and needs.
  • Develop Individual Treatment Plans in consultation with clients, including specific mental health services and supports needed, mutually-developed treatment goals and objectives, treatment services with frequency and anticipated duration, and discharge plans.
  • Serve as the clinical point of contact for assigned clients, collaborating with other staff to ensure high-quality treatment and coordination of care.
  • Provide ongoing individual and family counseling based on cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidence-based therapies and methodologies.
  • Provide group counseling and/or facilitate psycho-social groups based on established principles and methodologies.
  • Maintain clinical records in compliance with agency program policies and regulatory standards.
  • Strive to meet agency productivity requirements and submit accurate, clear, and thorough progress notes within agency timelines.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Counseling or related field, or Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or equivalent degree.
  • Minimum of two years related experience required.
  • Active, unencumbered license in professional counseling (LPC) in the state of Ohio, or active, unencumbered license of social work (LSW) in the state of Ohio.
  • Independent licensure (LPCC, LPCC-S) or independent licensure (LISW, LISW-S) is a plus.
Working Conditions

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. May travel by car in the community to see clients.
