Job Opportunity:

We are OneStaff Medical, a nationally-recognized and independently-owned staffing firm dedicated to providing exceptional staffing solutions for medical professionals. We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Laboratory Technologist to join our team.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for performing laboratory tests in toxicology, chemistry, hematology, immunology, and microbiology laboratories. This includes receiving, typing, testing, and recording blood bank inventories. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

* Perform laboratory tests and procedures in toxicology, chemistry, hematology, immunology, and microbiology laboratories
* Receive, type, test, and record blood bank inventories
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of laboratory results and procedures
* Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely test results
* Participate in quality control and quality assurance activities to ensure laboratory accuracy and reliability

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field
* Certification as a Medical Laboratory Technologist (MLT) or Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS)
* 1+ year of experience in a medical laboratory setting
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
