- Manage project communications and maintain schedules.
- Develop task lists for technicians and coordinate deliverables from different departments.
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget while achieving high customer satisfaction.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, managing their expectations and communications effectively.
- Provide leadership and ownership of projects, ensuring clear and timely communication.

Project Coordination:
- Coordinate all activities for the timely and accurate completion of projects.
- Engage stakeholders and delegate responsibilities effectively.
- Conduct client and internal project meetings to ensure alignment.

Team Support:
- Offer assistance to team members to help them succeed in their roles.
- Provide technical and administrative support as needed.
- Develop and maintain project schedules and perform field verification of work sites.

Documentation and Training:
- Document all site issues and keep stakeholders informed of potential challenges and solutions.
- Facilitate design reviews to ensure proper documentation.
- Coordinate training and turnover of projects to clients and service departments.

Work Environment:
- The role may involve working in various environments, including medical facilities.
- Physical requirements include the ability to climb ladders and lift materials up to 20 pounds.

Travel Requirements:
- Frequent travel by car and occasional air travel may be necessary, with a significant portion of travel being local.

Qualifications:
- Deep knowledge of electronic security systems is essential.
- Experience in project management within commercial construction settings is required.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is necessary.
- Certification as a Security Project Manager (CSPM) is preferred, along with PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
