Job Summary

We are looking for a Community Engagement Representative to recruit new members and volunteers in East Tennessee. This is a great opportunity to make a difference in the lives of girls and women in your community.

As a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies to engage with local schools, community groups, and other organizations. You will also provide training and support to new recruits and volunteers.

This is a part-time position, approximately 12-20 hours per week, with flexible scheduling to accommodate early mornings, afternoons, and evenings. You must have personal transportation to drive to assigned locations.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a passion for Girl Scouting. Some proficiency in Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Salary: $18.00 per hour.
