Director of Quality Assurance

Enjet Aero, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Director of Quality to provide guidance and advice on methods, procedures, standardization, and requirements associated with AS9100 across various locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement internal measures to ensure compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Provide support to functional leadership by gathering and analyzing quality information
- Collaborate with process experts and production personnel to understand and provide guidance on corrective actions to prevent repeat deviations
- Conduct root cause analyses and ensure thorough investigation of root cause, corrective action, preventative action, and product impact
- Conduct external audits with third-party agencies
- Update, maintain, and publish audit calendars
- Make recommendations for corrective action necessary to ensure conformity with quality specifications
- Oversee the gage and calibration system and third-party calibration services
Requirements:
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and ability to interface effectively throughout all levels of the company
- Vast knowledge of AS9100 and quality management principles
