Radiology Team Lead Technologist Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiology Team Lead Technologist to join our team at RAYUS Radiology. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our radiology services.
About the RoleThis full-time position is responsible for leading and managing our technical services, ensuring that all imaging procedures are performed with the highest level of professionalism and quality. You will work closely with radiologists and other physicians to maintain positive working relationships and provide exceptional patient service.
Key Responsibilities- Patient Imaging:
- Perform routine and advanced MRI, CT, and DTI procedures with minimal supervision or repeats.
- Screens patients before exams for any precautions or contraindications.
- Explains procedures to patients, prepares them for exams, and provides support throughout the procedure.
- Adjusts scan parameters correctly and accurately maintains patient records within the Radiology Information System (RIS).
- Produces diagnostic images and performs quality control tasks as assigned.
- Imaging & Staff Support:
- Maintains equipment in good working order and ensures comprehensive knowledge of company policies and protocols.
- Ensures compliance with state regulations and internal policies regarding documentation and tracking of safety and licensing-related items.
- Manages overall staffing levels for adequate coverage, initiates and participates in staff performance evaluations, and oversees employee training.

- Performs other duties as assigned.
To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in radiology technology, excellent leadership and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including $85,000 - $110,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
