Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, strategic decision-making, and capital allocation
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators and business trends, providing regular updates to senior management
  • Assist in the preparation of weekly reporting, highlighting operational results, forecasts, and business plans for various divisions and subsidiaries
  • Identify and analyze operational problems, recommending effective solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute objectives under tight deadlines
  • Meet with budget owners to review monthly variances and build forecasts for operational expenses
  • Own headcount and salary planning, working closely with hiring managers and the compensation team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or equivalent quantitative major
  • 3+ years of experience in finance/analytics in a corporate environment
  • Experience in the tech industry, management consulting, or investment banking is a plus
  • Proven expertise in building complex financial models, with a focus on efficiency
  • Strong understanding of finance, accounting, economics, and statistics
  • Expert-level Excel skills
  • Strong analytical and SQL skills
  • Statistical modeling using R/Python/etc. is a plus
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to contribute to cross-functional teams
