Job Description:

The Excellent Customer Experience Specialist will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information and quotes. You will also work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery. Additionally, you will maintain accurate records and reports, and contribute to the company's growth and success through your daily interactions with customers.

As an Excellent Customer Experience Specialist at OSC, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact on our customers' experiences and develop valuable skills in customer service, communication, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues via phone, email, or in-person
* Provide product information and quotes to customers
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless order processing and delivery
* Maintain accurate records and reports

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required
* At least 2 years of customer service experience required
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask

Estimated Salary Range:
$50,000 - $60,000 per year, based on location and experience.
