Job Description: Contract Sales Administrative Assistant

The Contract Sales Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in coordinating activities related to contract sales, ensuring seamless communication between departments and customers. Key responsibilities include examining bid requests, reviewing performance requirements, preparing bids, and maintaining contract databases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Bid Preparation
    • Examine all request for bids and review performance, technical, legal, and other requirements of potential projects
    • Ensure estimates of material, equipment, and production cost, performance requirements, and delivery schedules are complete and accurate
  • Contract Management
    • Prepare bids, process specifications, progress reports, and other exhibits as required
