Job Overview

Salary: $23-$32 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Landscape Installation crew(s) effectively.
  • Assist in developing and executing organized schedules for all assigned tasks.
  • Oversee, implement, and ensure high standards and proper landscaping practices across all projects.
  • Interpret and execute construction plans accurately.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • At least 5 years of experience in landscape installation and crew leadership.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience with various landscape projects, including site work, planting, and soil preparation.
  • Possession of a valid NYS driver’s license.
  • Able to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Exhibit confidence, enthusiasm, respect, leadership qualities, and a positive demeanor.
