CHRISTUS Health is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our nursing practice.
Key Responsibilities- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans
- Provide routine and complex care, including administering medications and treatments
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document patient information and maintain accurate records
- 1 year of experience in a related nursing specialty
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing, preferred
- RN License in state of employment or compact
- BLS required
