Job SummaryThe Clinical Nurse is responsible for providing total comprehensive nursing to patients and their families through the implementation of a plan of care. This plan is based on the patient's developmental and healthcare needs, identified through assessment and physician orders.
The ideal candidate will have 2 years of nursing experience, with a strong understanding of the ANA Scope and Standards of Nursing Practice, North Carolina Board of Nursing Practice Act, and WakeMed's Division of Nursing Professional Practice model.
Responsibilities- Implement a plan of care based on patient needs and physician orders
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients and their families
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient care
- Support the mission, values, and management of patient care services
- 2 years of nursing experience
- Strong understanding of ANA Scope and Standards of Nursing Practice
- North Carolina Board of Nursing Practice Act
