Retail Operations Manager

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Lead daily store operations, ensuring a seamless customer experience and efficient store performance
* Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement sales strategies, promotions, and visual merchandising plans
* Foster a positive and inclusive store culture, promoting teamwork and employee engagement
* Develop and execute plans to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and employee retention
* Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and initiatives, ensuring compliance and effective implementation
**Requirements:**
* 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a big-box environment
* Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing high-performing teams
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
* Entrepreneurial spirit, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement
* Ability to relocate for career advancement opportunities
