About the Job

As a Training Development Specialist on our Post-Sales Enablement team, you'll be responsible for creating training content that meets the needs of our customers and employees. You'll work closely with our team to develop training programs that are informative, interactive, and fun.

  • Scope and prioritize training requests, create an action plan that details tasks/timeframes to address training needs.
  • Manage all aspects of the training development cycle including needs analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation.
  • Produce engaging, impactful learning materials and programs; including interactive eLearning, documents, videos, ILT, VILT, learning assessments, and certification exams.

To succeed in this role, you must have experience in instructional design learning models (such as ADDIE, SAM, and Bloom's Taxonomy) and adult learning theories. You should also possess proven project management skills, organization, follow-through, and problem-solving abilities.
