Job Description

Children's Healthcare of Atlanta is seeking talented new graduate nurses to join our Nurse Residency Program. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills and knowledge in a supportive and dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care in a safe and effective manner
  • Participate in interdisciplinary healthcare teams
  • Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
Requirements
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program in December 2024
  • Active Georgia RN license or Multi-State RN license through the Enhanced Nurse Licensure Compact
  • Active American Heart Association CPR/BLS - Healthcare Provider card
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing
