  • Understand and execute the 5 Steps of Service and Ten Commandments.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in service areas.
  • Check with customers to ensure they are enjoying their meal and take action to solve any problems.
  • Anticipate customer needs and respond promptly to requests or concerns.
  • Ensure accuracy of customer checks and promptly present checks to customers.
  • Thank customers and invite them to return.
  • Accurately report all tip income on a daily basis.
Requirements
  • Must be 18 years of age.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with customers, management, and coworkers.
  • Basic math skills, including the ability to make change.
  • Reading and writing skills.
  • Multi-task oriented and able to perform multiple job functions.
  • Able to operate and enter information into POS systems or programs.
  • Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment.
