As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing high-quality patient care and making a meaningful impact in the lives of our patients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department and Psych Triage area, including assessment, treatment, and education.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Float between the Emergency Department and Psych Triage area as needed.
**Requirements:**
- RN license in Massachusetts required.
- Associates degree required, Bachelors degree preferred.
- BLS certification required, ACLS certification preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in emergency nursing preferred.
