Job Title: CMM Programmer

We are seeking a skilled CMM Programmer to join our team at American Axle & Manufacturing. The successful candidate will be responsible for programming and operating Coordinate Measuring Machines to ensure precision and quality in our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Program and operate CMMs to measure and inspect parts
  • Develop and implement measurement programs to ensure accuracy and precision
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve measurement-related issues
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on CMMs

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in CMM programming and operation
  • Strong understanding of measurement principles and techniques
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
