Behavioral Therapist

Kaleidoscope Family Solutions, Inc. is seeking a skilled Behavior Support Specialist to join our team. As a Behavior Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing behavioral interventions to support individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities.

• Develop and implement individualized behavioral support plans using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Positive Behavior Support (PBS) principles.
• Provide coaching and assistance to Direct Support Professionals to implement interventions stated in the behavioral support plan.
• Assist individuals in developing adaptive behaviors that replace or modify challenging behaviors.
• Complete necessary training based on the individual's needs.
• Maintain and update the behavioral support plan as needed.
