Job Summary

Kaleidoscope Family Solutions, Inc. is seeking a skilled Behavior Support Specialist to join our team. As a Behavior Support Specialist, you will work with individuals with developmental and intellectual disabilities to develop and implement behavioral interventions using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Positive Behavior Support (PBS) principles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized behavioral support plans to address challenging behaviors.
  • Provide coaching and assistance to Direct Support Professionals to implement interventions.
  • Assist individuals with developing adaptive behaviors that replace or modify challenging behaviors.
  • Complete necessary training based on individual needs.
  • Maintain and update behavioral support plans as needed.
