**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Enrollment Specialist to join our team at ReqRoute, Inc. As an Enrollment Specialist, you will be responsible for auditing enrollment tasks, ensuring accuracy and quality.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. Conduct thorough audits of enrollment files to ensure compliance with regulations.

2. Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure high-quality enrollment outcomes.

3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to share findings and recommendations for improvement.

4. Provide coaching and guidance to team members on enrollment best practices.

**Requirements:**

1. 1-2 years of experience in auditing or a related field.

2. Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.

3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
