Job Summary

Responsibilities
  • Perform efficient and expert work on repair orders, adhering to dealership, state, and factory standards.
  • Diagnose and repair vehicles to meet 'Fixed First Visit' expectations, addressing customers' primary concerns.
  • Conduct thorough inspections and notify service advisors of any additional issues or concerns.
  • Master our Dealer Management System (Reynolds) for timekeeping, work distribution, electronic inspections, repair quotes, and communication.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our 'leave no trace' standard.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of experience as an automotive technician (mechanic) preferred.
  • ASE or dealership manufacturer certifications a plus.
  • Excellent dexterity skills, patience, creativity, good judgment, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to read and comprehend job-related instructions and information.
  • A valid in-state driver's license and a good driving record.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
