- Diagnose and repair vehicles to meet 'Fixed First Visit' expectations, addressing customers' primary concerns.
- Conduct thorough inspections and notify service advisors of any additional issues or concerns.
- Master our Dealer Management System (Reynolds) for timekeeping, work distribution, electronic inspections, repair quotes, and communication.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our 'leave no trace' standard.
- 2-3 years of experience as an automotive technician (mechanic) preferred.
- ASE or dealership manufacturer certifications a plus.
- Excellent dexterity skills, patience, creativity, good judgment, and attention to detail.
- Ability to read and comprehend job-related instructions and information.
- A valid in-state driver's license and a good driving record.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
