Your Role
In this position, you will:
- Be well-versed in press operations.
- Assemble, install, and align dies in the press according to specifications while collaborating with die setters.
- Set up and position coils on the mandrel.
- Adjust coils and run them through the feeder.
- Initiate press operations and monitor for misalignment or malfunctions.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED; or one to three months of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to perform basic arithmetic operations using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
- Proficiency in using micrometers, calipers, and scales.
