  • Provide coaching and training to warehouse staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of warehouse management systems and processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience with inventory management software.
  • Knowledge of transportation regulations and procedures.
