Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain cleaning and sanitation procedures to meet corporate quality standards.
  • Lead and supervise a team of sanitation staff to ensure all cleaning and sanitation tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with cleaning and sanitation policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with the quality assurance team to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain records of cleaning and sanitation activities, including chemical usage and microbiological sampling results.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in a field or similar manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience in managing people and projects.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning and sanitation procedures and protocols.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 6+ years of experience in a field or similar manufacturing environment.
  • Experience working in a quality assurance role.
  • Knowledge of GMP, FDA, and SQF regulations.
