Key Responsibilities
- Act as a key resource for senior management and clinical staff, offering guidance and resolving inquiries effectively.
- Manage payroll processes for clinical personnel, ensuring accurate tracking of time and attendance.
- Collaborate with educational staff to maintain compliance with licensing and regulatory standards for clinical personnel.
- Maintain organized databases and files, ensuring effective communication with management and educational teams.
- Participate in project management tasks, including coordination of meetings and events.
- Provide technical support by utilizing advanced computer skills to create and manage various documentation and reports.
- Prepare written materials, including agendas and reports, while maintaining confidentiality.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service and communication skills in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Qualifications
Education Associate degree or equivalent experience (4 years) required.
Experience Minimum of two years in data management or advanced administrative support is required. Experience in a healthcare setting is preferred.
Skills Proficiency in various software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite, is essential. Strong organizational and communication skills are mandatory.
