  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
  • Stay current with industry developments, best practices, and evidence-based guidelines to provide exceptional patient care.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree or equivalent.
  • Current RN licensure in the state of employment or compact.
  • 1 year of experience in the related nursing specialty, preferably in the NICU setting.
  • Current STABLE and NRP certifications.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Perinatal RN Residency or recent experience in a Perinatal Setting.
  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
