Job Summary:

As a Nurse Practitioner with Luminis Health, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality medical services to patients in a supervised environment. This position requires a strong foundation in nursing and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide medical services to patients under the supervision of a contracted physician
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnoses to inform treatment decisions
• Develop and implement education and counseling programs to promote patient health and wellness
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing as a Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner
• Two years of related clinical nursing experience
• Current Board Certification as a Nurse Practitioner
