Overview

The Store Leader is responsible for driving business results and achieving goals in a fast-paced retail environment. This role requires strong leadership and coaching skills to develop and nurture a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates and managers to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer engagement, and increase operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Area Director and Store Managers to achieve business objectives and share best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with staff, customers, and vendors to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Manage payroll expenses and labor plans to ensure efficient and effective use of resources.
