Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Grill Cook to join our team at Compass Group Careers. As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and serving food to our customers in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare food to order, using established recipes and production standards.
  • Serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring that food is at the correct temperature and is attractive and tasty.
  • Use approved ticket-collection procedures during service, and maintain accurate records of sales and inventory.
  • Carry pans, kettles, and trays of food to and from workstations, stove, and refrigerator, following established safety standards.
  • Clean and sanitize all assigned work areas, equipment, and utensils to ensure sanitation standards are met.
  • Resolve customer concerns and report relevant information to supervisor.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Grill Cook or in a similar role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with attention to detail and a focus on quality.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
