Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and execute contracts with physician groups in the North Florida Market, ensuring alignment with company goals and strategies.
  • Manage contract performance to support network quality, availability, and financial goals and strategies for all lines of business.
  • Recruit providers as needed to ensure attainment of network expansion and adequacy targets for all lines of business.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to contribute to provider compensation and pricing development activities and recommendations.
  • Provide network development, maintenance, and refinement activities and strategies in support of cross-market network management unit.
  • Assist with the design, development, management, and implementation of strategic network configurations, including integration activities.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of related experience in managed care network negotiation.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, interpersonal, problem resolution, and critical thinking skills.
  • Proven working knowledge of competitor strategies, complex contracting options, financial/contracting arrangements, and regulatory requirements.
  • Must be well-versed in provider relations.

Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional work experience.
