Job Title: Head of Solution Architecture

Tuckernuck is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Solution Architecture to lead the design and implementation of our technology solutions. As a key member of our technology team, you will be responsible for driving the development of our technology strategy and roadmap, and ensuring that our solutions meet the needs of our business and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design and implementation of our technology solutions, ensuring that they meet the needs of our business and customers.
  • Develop and maintain our technology strategy and roadmap, ensuring that it aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our technology solutions are integrated and aligned with our business processes.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to our technology teams, ensuring that they have the skills and resources needed to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in a technical leadership role, with a focus on solution design and implementation.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions that meet the needs of business and customers.
  • Strong technical skills, with expertise in areas such as architecture, design, and development.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
