Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and analyze internal business requirements through discussions with Product Managers to interpret customer insights and business goals.
  • Translate requirements into functional designs for development and implementation by developing, reviewing, and editing comprehensive user stories.
  • Manage the scope of applications, related changes, and collaborate with stakeholders on the evaluation of feasibility, efforts, and cost to implement solutions.
  • Regularly communicate progress, blockers, developments, risks, and issues impacting the project.

Requirements:
  • BA or equivalent degree.
  • 3+ years of professional experience, with at least 2 years of working in the digital industry.
  • Proven ability to technical and user requirements with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to deliver requirements with Gherkin Acceptance Criteria.
  • Proven analytics and quantitative skills; ability to leverage data and metrics to justify project scope, make informed decisions, and support strategic recommendations.

Nice to Have:
  • Experience using Object-Oriented UX.
  • Experience using hypothesis-driven design.
  • Operations experience in a Theme Park Industry.
  • Experience in digital analytics, comfortable with SQL.
  • Experience with Snowflake and Tableau.
