Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement high-quality clinical standards and mentor junior dentists.
- Partner with Studio Managers to optimize schedules, achieve performance goals, and create a positive working environment.
- Mentor and coach hygienists and dental assistants to ensure exceptional patient care.
